Terms and Conditions / Artistic Integrity of Artist Prints
The Buyer agrees not to sell, convey, transfer, lease, lend, or otherwise dispose of any of the Artwork for a period of 24 months from the invoice date, except by mandating Eligere Editions as their exclusive agent to handle the transaction. A signed copy of the invoice contract will be required in return. To maintain the artistic integrity of the limited-edition works and prevent monopolization of the editions, the purchase of multiple prints from any given edition will be limited to one artwork per client. If you have acquired more than one print in any given edition, we will contact you to inform that any excess pieces above one will be retained under gallery possession, and you may be refunded the excess amount. Payment Methods
To ensure a smooth and secure transaction, we exclusively accept payments via wire transfer only. The full payment for the work must be completed within three days from the invoice date and shall be made under the name in the invoice. As per the terms of our invoice contract, the Payment should be net of all wire fees, paid by the sender: ALL TRANSFERS ARE REQUIRED TO USE SWIFT INSTRUCTION CODE "OUR" FOR DETAIL OF CHARGES, not SHA. If the Sender's bank fails to comply with our requirement, the Purchaser agrees to send the remaining balance due. Prices and Tax
VAT (10%) applies to customers in Korea. Customers outside Korea may be liable for local taxes and duty fees, for which they will be responsible. For more information, please contact your local customs office.
Draw Release
During draw releases, we randomly select buyers on a first-come, first-served basis to ensure that everyone who enters has an equal chance of acquiring the artwork from the release date. To enter the draw, all you need to do is provide your name and unique email address via the registration form on the limited edition page before the upcoming closing date. Once you confirm your registration, we will get in touch with you if you are selected as the winner. If you win, you must promptly pay the specified amount stated during the draw entry, as provided in the confirmation email for the invoice. Additionally, you will need to accept a non-resale agreement, and we will require a signed copy of the invoice contract in return. In the event that you win but are unable to make the payment via wire transfer within three days, we will conduct another draw and select a new winner. Please note that only one draw entry is allowed per person.
Orders and Shipping
All orders will be dispatched within a timeframe of 2 to 3 weeks once the payment is received in full and connected immediately to our official designated shipper, TNL DASAN ART Co., Ltd. Each work is carefully shipped in two custom-made cardboard boxes: one for the inner lining and one for the outer lining. We ensure the safe arrival of all prints by shipping them flat in bespoke packaging. Additionally, a certificate of authenticity (where applicable) is placed inside the box. Shipping labels and customs documents are affixed to the exterior, which is secured in a cardboard box (shipping fee included). You have the option to choose from various shipping methods through our official designated shipper, TNL DASAN ART Co., Ltd., along with carefully selected fine art shipping companies. This ensures that your work arrives in perfect condition, and all necessary paperwork is accurately prepared for shipment overseas, including DHL Courier or pick up and release from our Paju storage in Korea. Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight, volume, and delivery address of your purchase. The buyer is responsible for shipping, customs duties, and taxes.
Certificate of Authenticity
For editions, the Certificate of Authenticity (COA) is provided with the invoice issued by Eligere Editions and the artist's signature. Each edition comes with a numbered Certificate of Authenticity (COA) signed by the artist. Additionally, every edition will be signed, marked, or numbered on the edition itself. Works on paper or some originals and goods don't come with a COA.
Display of Products on the Website
It is essential to note that the actual works may have slight variations from their pictures. The images of the works displayed on our website or social media platforms are for illustrative purposes only. Despite our best efforts to accurately depict the colors and attributes, we cannot guarantee that a device's display will precisely reflect the color and contours of the actual work.
Cancellation and Returns Policy
In case of any damage during shipping, we accept returns or exchanges within 24 hours of package receipt, along with photographic evidence. Artworks must be returned in perfect condition, including in their original packaging and with the Certificate of Authenticity you received with the piece. We are unable to accept any returns that are missing their Certificate of Authenticity. For further information, feel free to contact us.
